We strive to provide the highest quality theory lessons, but we understand that life happens. If a scheduling mishap occurs or you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time. Refunds or service credits for negotiable-rate sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution for both parties. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a partial or full service fee.
